Order Processing
All Orders are processed within 3-5 business days.
Shipping
We currently use the United States Postal Service (USPS). All shipments are tracked and you can expect to receive tracking information via email within 5 business days. Please note, shipping selection (first class, priority, etc.) does not start until after processing.
Once your order has been shipped, Just Bible Apparel accepts no responsibility for lost or any damage to your package. If any delays, concerns or non-arrival of your package once shipped Just Bible Apparel accepts no liability as we have no control once it is with the postal service. If this occurs, please contact your local postal service with the tracking number that was provided when the package was shipped. Unfortunately, we are not able to give any refunds or resend orders in these circumstances.
How long will my order take to be delivered?
Once the product is shipped, it may take 3-10 business days to receive the item.
Exchanges
Your satisfaction is our top priority! If you have any problems, questions, or wish to exchange an item, please let us know by email at justbibleapparel@yahoo.com . Please include your order number.
Exchange Policy
Exchange Policy: Once exchanged item(s) have been approved item must be postmarked within 5 business days. Item must be unworn and unwashed, items that do not meet these criteria will be denied. Items can only be exchanged for the same face value as we do not offer refunds. We recommend using return receipt certified or priority mail to ensure package will be received and tracked as we cannot be held liable for any lost items in the post.
All exchange postage costs must be covered by the customer.
Exchange address will be provided once exchange is approved.
Cancellation
Cancellation: We process all orders as quickly as possible, so there is no guarantee that we will be able to make immediate changes or cancel the order after it is placed. However, to improve your chances of successfully canceling your order, please contact support within a few hours after you have placed your order. Any request after 24 hours will not be accepted. You may contact support at justbibleapparel@yahoo.com and we will try to assist the matter before it has been processed.
